Can I be terminated for checking myself into a drug treatment program?

I live in Missouri and voluntarily checked myself into a drug treatment center. I was never accused of using drugs or alcohol at work and I passed all UA they gave me. Now they say they can tell me because of their "zero tolerance". Can they legally do so? I'm pretty sure is illegal. If you live in an "at will" state, yes. This means you work at will. They can fire you for something that is not protected. It depends on what the written policy states. If it says that a "zero tolerance", they can tell. Even if you have your UAS, you have admitted to using drugs by checking yourself in reading (even if it was smart for you to do, and you deserve to get credit for it). Good luck. Missouri is an employment at will stand. This means that if you are not a part of a union or an employment contract, they can shoot you for any reason or no reason. The revision to a drug treatment program, you have so much as admitted in public that you have a drug problem, so if you back drug testing is now irrelevant, people with substance abuse problems are not protected class in the EEOC, so you can see the lynx. uh.did go for a holiday? It's pertty much an admission of guilt. Mzou will have employment. If you guys can not talk about (they can). Delta V / e elligible if they do it? I do not play a Yes, you can finish your work because you are "at will" employee. Most states have this "at will" clause if they can terminate your employment for any reason, but not in terms of action, which is a violation of your civil rights (that is, discrimination, retaliation, etc.) seems to drug problem is a personal problem that's what you missed time from work.A Tell your employer that you want, log (Family sick leave Act) for FLMA because of your medical issues and doctors have a license, you need this assistance, you should cover a couple of weeks. Good luck.
